Steve Maish was on target for major honours at the Rochford Festival of Sport darts tournament.
He won the men's singles, beating Chris Purvis by four legs to nil and then, in partnership with Richard Watering, triumphed 3-1 over Ken Pearson and Trevor King in the men's pairs.
He completed a great tournament by partnering Sharon Maish to a 3-1 victory over Richard Watering and S Zimmer for the mixed pairs.
Tracey Hammond won the ladies' singles, beating Ann Holmes 2-0, but lost in partnership with Doreen King in the ladies' pairs. Shirley Perry and Sam Barton beat them 2-1. The darts was at Cupids Country Club, Great Wakering, while King George's Playing Fields hosted the lawn bowls.
Twelve mixed teams contested the event and Ray-leigh A men's line-up of Alan Stammers, Albert Trewick and Don Bryant emerged triumphant.
This was one of four Rayleigh teams in action while there were two from Rochford, Hockley, the Royal Naval Association and Gt Wakering.
The tournament officially ended at the weekend, but has been extended so that the inter-schools' festival can be staged at Sweyne Park School, Rayleigh, today (Wednesday).
