A sparkling hat-trick from Gibbs ensured that Crouch marked their return to the South-East Essex Sunday League with an emphatic 7-1 demolition of previously unbeaten ISIS.
Runwell registered their first points with a 2-1 win at Wickbeech, O'Leary and Rex being the men on target.
In a Canvey local derby, Old Island Boys entertained Astairs and the latter danced their way to a 2-0 success. D Rooney and Jones were on target.
Grandees have made the transition up to Division One with ease and top the table after completing their second win of the season - a 4-1 stunner over Benfleet. Rothman was again the top scoring tip with his second successive brace.
