Basildon Freestyle Kickboxing club thrilled a 500 plus crowd at Pitsea's Eversley Centre when it staged its second open event of the year.
The evening, filmed by satellite sports channel Eurosport, saw 18 well-matched fights give the home support great value for money as Basildon entered 12 of their own members into the action, with only one narrow points defeat marring an excellent night's work.
