A group of disabled people were today involved in the third bus crash in Essex just over 24 hours.

Five or six disabled young adults and their four carers were believed to be on board the minibus when it overturned on Bromley Road, Elmstead Market.

None of the injuries was thought to be serious, although one person had a broken nose.

The group was travelling to Jameson's Residential Home, Wormingford Road, Fordham.

All were treated at the scene by paramedics. None were taken to hospital.

The crash follows a double decker runing off the road in to a ditch at Peldon at 4.30pm yesterday (Monday), and a school coach being in collision with a van at 8.30am yesterday.
