If you want your youngster to learn to play the West Ham way there's a perfect chance in the New Year.

For West Ham in the Community are holding Friday night training sessions for youngsters starting on February 2 next year at Basildon's Gloucester Park.

The hour-long sessions can be booked on ten-week programmes with girls and boys from ages six-nine catered for from 5 to 6pm and ten-13 years from 6 to 7pm.

Those attending will have the benefit of top quality tuition by the Community Scheme's FA qualified coaches.

Emphasis will be on enjoyment with sessions containing warm-up, technique practices, related small-sided games and session review.

Topics will include ball familiarity and control, passing and heading and shooting plus running with the ball.
