Just eight matches survived the weather on Saturday, and now some teams have played just two league games, and the season is already into its 13th week.

SENIOR DIVISION ONE

Rayleigh Town comfortably beat hosts Hatfield Peverel 6-0, Edwards leading the way with a personal nap hand, with Murray adding his name to the scoresheet.

The two police forces met at Chelmsford, and visitors Metpol Chigwell beat their Essex Police hosts 4-0, Wright (3) and Bennett scoring to give Metpol their first league win of the campiagn.

Kelvedon Hatch were singing in the rain after their 8-2 win over visitors Harold Wood Athletic .

The Hatch goals were put away by Quinn (2), Whitaker (2), Humphry, Powell, King and Walker while Langley netted both the Harold Wood goals.

In a closely fought game atSandon Royals , the home team recorded a 1-0 win over Frenford Senior , Deans netting the all important goal.

SENIOR DIVISION THREE

Old Chelmsfordians played host to Broomfield and won 4-1 with goals from Alderton (2), Fergus and Francis with Porter scoring the Broomfield goal.

Shenfield Association beat vistors Great Baddow 6-3, Gillam (5) and Young on target for Shenfield with Baker and Leek (2) scoring the Baddow goals.
