Ronnie Bridges, 17, has signed a contract with the Heybridge Swifts.
Bridges has latterly been developed through the club's youth set up and this season has impressed with the Reserves and been on the bench for the first team.
Swifts are justifiably proud of their progressive youth development programme and Bridges is just one of a number of promising players looking to make their mark.
Swifts have also increased the squad by signing former Chesham United and Harlow Town player Phil Leggatt from Witham Town.
