Finger-lickin' good!
Toni Czogalik, two, from Canvey, was one of hundreds to tuck into cooling ice-creams during the Castle Point show.
Older youngsters had the chance to take their first driving lessons while tired fathers enjoyed a traditional ale in the beer tent.
Others took time out to admire falcons and eagles swoop over the festival tents and marquees, showing off their hunting manoeuvres.
It was also a chance for talented youngsters in the borough to shine. Teenage band Starway performed some of their new songs as well as some "old favourites" for their fans and Synergie also did their bit to wow the crowds.
