A distinctive Ford van used in Wickford to raise money for charity has been stolen.
The blue 1922 Model TT Ford truck is worth around £9,000.
In immaculate condition and part of a private collection, the vintage vehicle was parked in School Road, Billericay, outside the sheds it is usually locked away in.
Owner Michael Kemp said: "Anyone in Wickford will know the vehicle as it is used a lot for fundraising."
Although not used commercially, a Suttons furniture store logo is one of the distinctive features on the one-ton truck.
If you have any information contact police on 01268 532212 or Mr Kemp on 07976 363615 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111
