Darren Robinson came to Essex's rescue after they were made to follow on against Leicestershire in their County Championship match.

Chasing a total of 559 at Chelmsford, Essex made 356 in reply and despite a century each from Robinson and Stuart Law it was not enough to prevent Essex following on.

But thanks to another century from Robinson on Saturday Essex managed to bat out the final day's play, drawing the match.
