A new service for people with mental health problems has been launched in Thurrock.
MP Andrew Mackinlay was at the Thurrock Mind centre in Bridge Road, Grays, to launch its new advocacy service.
Its aim is to help people in mental distress stand up for themselves and get all the help and benefits they are entitled to.
A spokeswoman for Thurrock Mind said: "Advocacy helps provide support, guidance and access to the right information."
