Wivenhoe Town are among five Ryman League clubs to be punished by the Football Association for having a poor disciplinary record last season.
They have been handed a suspended fine after incurring too many disciplinary points. The Dragons' greatest offender was player and co-manager Julian Hazel who has now joined Harwich and Parkeston.
Wivenhoe are in notable company. Other clubs penalised include Merseysiders Everton and First Division Sheffield Wednesday.
