Paying bills at the Post Office may soon be a job of the past for the people of Essex, thanks to a new Bills Online service developed by Consignia.
The website - www.consignia.com - will provide a one-stop-shop for bill management, allowing customers to remain in the comfort of their homes.
Consignia spokesman Patrick Breen said: "We can now offer technology to enable billing companies to give their customers another choice for how they view, pay and store their bills.
"As well as working with the trusted Post Office brand, billing companies will benefit by not having to invest in their own systems."
For those with internet access, bills can be dealt with in one place rather than visiting sites individually - avoiding queues in the process!
