Twelve members of Basildon Dolphins Disabled Swimming Club made a splash at the regional National Association of Swimming Clubs for the Handicapped gala.

The club's combined efforts were enough to see Basildon awarded a shield as the top club.

Six competitors now go on to compete in the national gala in Leamington Spa on November 3.

They are Charlotte Pudney, John Benyan, Colleen Barber, Sam Barber, Daniel Worship and Kayley Worship.
