A lorry driver suffered minor injuries when his lorry overshot a flyover and came to a halt hanging over the edge of the road.
Firefighters helped the shaken driver to safety from his cab as it hung perilously in mid-air, and his minor cuts were treated at the scene.
A police spokesman said the lorry had been travelling along the Vange bypass and was heading towards South Mayne when the driver failed to negotiate a roundabout, and the lorry hit its centre.
