A decision to turn a caravan park into a year-round residential complex will erode holiday facilities, it has been claimed.

She urged Canvey to protect its existing holiday facilities.
Ms Swann was concerned after Castle Point planning committee agreed to allow people to live in caravans all year round at Thorney Bay Park, Canvey.
