Racist taunts were hurled at rival players during a Braintree Town Football Club's match, it is claimed.
Allegations made on the message board of an unofficial website dedicated to the Cressing Road side, said the abuse happened during the 3-2 win over London side Hampton and Richmond FC, in the Ryman League Premier Division.
It is claimed the taunts were made by a small group of spectators.
One message read: "The abuse started in the second half...the filth came from a group of four yobs who were standing at the back of the standing cover in front of the clubhouse. Two of them had Braintree polo shirts on. Braintree chairman George Rosling said: "If I knew anybody with anything to do with racist abuse or taunts, I wouldn't entertain them at the ground. But the other club has not complained to my knowledge."
