Dorewards Hall Farm Shop in Bocking, held their own Pumpkin Day, which was also in aid of British Apple Weekend on Saturday.
Braintree College provided a giant apple pie, which was two feet across. Slices were still being sold three days later and the money that was raised from the slices has gone to various children's charities.
