Young footballers are to be deprived of their clubhouse after repeated attacks by vandals forced saddened parents to call time on it.
The last straw was the discovery of the latest attack in which new front doors, which cost £1,300, were smashed as yobs embarked on yet another orgy of destruction inside.
Beech United Youth Football Club, who play at Westlake Park, Pound Lane, Pitsea, took over the lease five years ago.
