Wayne Brown is back at Portman Road after a three-month loan at Wimbledon - and has been added to tonight's squad to face Aston Villa at Villa Park.
Ipswich boss George Burley said of his centre-half: "Wayne went away to gain first-team experience and did well during his time at Selhurst Park.
"Now he is back and available for us again and it's up to him to break into the squad."
Town had no midweek game last week and Burley feels that could work to his side's advantage.
"We've been able to work with the forwards this week which we haven't been able to do for a while because there's been so many games."
