A woman died after a four-car smash at Clacton this morning.
Three other people were injured in the accident which happened near the St John's Road roundabout just before 8.30am.

The accident was on the A133 Great Clacton bypass between the Bovills roundabout and the St John's Road roundabout and the road was closed to rush hour traffic for several hours.
Police are anxious to hear from anyone who saw a red Honda Civic car travelling towards Clacton, which was involved in the accident.
The dead woman, who was thought to be in her 40s, is believed to be the driver of this vehicle.
Three other vehicles involved were a blue Volkswagon Golf, a Ford Focus and a white Toyota Corolla.
A spokesman for Clacton Fire Brigade said it was believed a head-on collision took place.
A spokesman for the air ambulance based at Boreham said it was alerted at 8.20am. The ambulance landed in the closed-off part of the A133 but was not needed and returned to its base.
