Police are searching for a man after a mugging in Chelmsford.
The victim was walking along a footpath between Mace Walk and Ridderford Drive when he was pushed and punched three or four times. He also felt a blow to his forehead with an unknown object.
The victim, who suffered a deep gash to his head, had £90 stolen.
The attack happened between 7pm and 7.30pm last Friday.
The attacker is described as white, 5ft 10in tall, of medium build with dark, untidy hair. He was unshaven and wearing a dark-coloured Umbro jacket, dark jeans and training shoes
