Helen Filler's Christmas tree was too small for the unexpected present she received from home shopping company Kleeneze - a luxury hamper stuffed with festive goodies.
Mrs Filler, of Brentwood, received a £300 Marks & Spencer Christmas hamper after winning a draw organised by Kleeneze franchisees, The Aquila Group, for their customers.
Aquila Group Brentwood and Pilgrims Hatch representative Dave Kentish said Mrs Filler was entered in the draw to win one of nine hampers with more than 2,000 other customers.
The hamper, containing wine, champagne, cake and chocolate and other Christmas indulgences, was delivered before Christmas.
Mrs Filler said: "It's so big I could never lift it. I didn't know I had been put in the draw. I was so surprised. I've won smaller prizes before but never anything this large. It was lovely."
Mrs Filler was to share the hamper contents with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren on Christmas day.
