A man was punched in the stomach and had his wallet stolen in a late night robbery in Southend.
The victim was walking in Candy Terrace on the Kursaal Estate in the early hours of the morning when he was approached by a man who asked for his wallet.
The attacker then punched the man and stole his black wallet, which contained £72 cash.
