Rachael Carter and Jenni Lawton made a big splash for Southend Swimming Club at the Waltham Forest Winter meeting.
In the 100m freestyle, Rachael recorded a new personal best to take top honours in the 11-years age group and Jenni was victorious in the 13-years category, finishing more than three seconds ahead of her nearest rival.
Personal best times also saw Rachael claim runners-up spot in the 100m butterfly and fourth spot in backstroke.
Jenni claimed second in the 100m butterfly and breaststroke, and fifth spot in the backstroke with another new personal best.
Laura Smyth came third in the 14-years butterfly and sixth in the backstroke with a personal best. Ben Boddy finished fourth in the open 100m fly, plus fifth in the freestyle and breaststroke.
Michael Lawton claimed sixth position in the open 100m breaststroke and Peter Lawton and Hannah Atkins swam personal bests.
Southend's own championships saw new club records set by Boddy in the 16yrs 4x1 length individual medley in 1min 33.53secs, and Lawton -- in the 15-years section -- who recorded a pb of 2.27.44. in the 200m fly.
