Permission for a railway carrying hazardous substances and the demolition of homes is being sought to make way for the massive Shell Haven container port.
Objections and comments in response to the Thurrock plans put forward by P&O and Shell are being invited as the Government is asked for the go ahead.
Details of the plans for compulsory purchase orders and the new railways will be available from Friday.
