One thriving Colchester small business has found the secret of success - in April this year Dusters celebrates 15 years as a domestic cleaning company.
Marianne Beaumont, 55, started the Lexden Road company for the best of reasons - she could not find anyone to do private house cleaning and realised there was a gap in the market.
"I started with one van and in three months had three and now have six."
She employs 20 people but does not clean herself.
She believes one of the most imortant things for the future of any company is maintaining quality.
