Richard Cooper, former vice president, consumer market development at Visa International, takes over product management and marketing as client consultancy director.
Patrick Abrines becomes regional director for southern Europe and the Middle East. Robert Craig, fresh from American Express Europe, has been named client management director.
Francis Dutray, formerly of Motorola, has been appointed senior vice president of global smart card development for US parent First Data Resources.
