Fears that star wing-back Chris Duffy would miss Canvey Island's big FA Trophy fifth-round date at Nationwide Conference giants Yeovil or Doncaster have proved unfounded.
Club officials believed that the booking picked up in the 1-1 home draw with Ryman League Premier Division Hampton and Richmond at Park Lane ten days ago was his fifth of the season.
This would sideline him on a one-match ban for the Trophy tie, due to take place on Saturday.
However, they have now discovered that Duffy, who can also fill an orthodox midfield role, was not one of the players cautioned in the FA Cup second-round win over Northampton and has only been booked four times.
