YOUNG musicians and budding thespians had a rare chance to work with professionals at a music and drama workshop in South Ockendon.

A group of eight to 18-year-olds brushed up their skills at the Culver Centre event organised by Thurrock Youth Arts.
A Thurrock Council spokeswoman said: "This is just one more way we are providing fun and education at half-term."
