A gang of men who posed as roofing workers stole hundreds of pounds from an 81-year-old Leigh man.
The incident took place last Wednesday around 12pm at a house in Broadclyst Avenue.
The victim first noticed that three men were sat in a white van that was parked outside his house.
The victim let the man into the house only to discover after the conmen had left that a total of £2,030 had been stolen from his bedroom.
