The Colchester and Tendring Athletics Club Open Meeting is to be held on its normal day of August Bank Holiday Monday at the Garrison Athletics Track.
The Open presents a fun day for all the family and a great opportunity to sample athletics.
And being an open meeting means anyone can take part in the various athletics events of sprints, hurdles, middle distance races, high and long jump, pole vault and the throwing events of shot, javelin, discus and javelin.
