Thought-provoking music and drama workshops are grabbing the attention of pupils at a school this week.
The events are part of a project being staged at Cornelius Vermuden School, in Third Avenue, Canvey, by the Christian band Taste on behalf of the youth charity Bar-n-Bus.

Guitarist, singer and songwriter Andy Clark said: "We are showing how we write our songs, letting kids come up and have a go and we are also doing drama and religious education workshops.
"The whole title of the project is Identity - exploring where the kids get their identity from. We travel all over the country doing workshops like this."
