And she grabbed the regional title as well after winning a further two golds and a silver medal at the regional championships.
Lauren has now become the only girl to have won the regional and county bars for the third consecutive year.
Not to be outdone, her other club members joined in the action.
Nine-year-old Katy Fisher became the regional bar champion and gained silver in the beam and Suzanna Dansie, competing in the eight to ten year category, won two silver medals on the bars and floor.
At the county qualifiers, Yasmine Ford, 8, won bronze and seven-year-old Alice Browning was the youngest gymnast competing in the county grade one championships.
Alice pulled out all the stops to finish second and take home her first silver medal while achieving the highest bar score in the seven/eight age group of 9.25 metres.
