Jeremy Bamber has failed in his appeal against his murder conviction.
Bamber, now 41, was jailed in in 1986 for the murders of five members of his family.
He was found guilty by a jury of killing his adoptive parents June, 61, and Nevill, 61, his adoptive sister Sheila Caffell, 27, and her six-year-old twins Nicholas and Daniel, at White House Farm, Tolleshunt D'Arcy, in 1985.
At the Court of Appeal in London three judges decided Bamber's convictions were safe.
Lord Justice Kay, Mr Justice Wright and Mr Justice Henriques gave their view this morning but Bamber himself was not present in court.
Earlier Bamber's 'official website' had said he had lost his appeal to overturn his conviction.
Bamber has always maintained his innocence.
