Callous thieves have stolen Christmas lights from the front of a home in Basildon for the second year running.
Lisa Bell only puts the lights up on her Southcote Crescent home for her three children who have learning difficulties.
James, 11, and Frazer, six, suffer from autism while eight-year-old Ben has slight cerebral palsy. The thieves took a big spiral light-up tree and three sets of outdoor lights on Wednesday night.
