A gang or copycat offenders are responsible for the spate of violent attacks on bus drivers, police have revealed.
Supt Mick Thwaites has vowed to do all he can to bring a stop to the attacks on drivers working in the Shoebury area where four workers have been stabbed, slashed and had bleach thrown at them.
The latest attacks this week resulted in evening services being suspended for one night.
