Ipswich captain Matt Holland says only three points will be good enough when the Blues meet Watford tomorrow.

Town take on the Hornets at Portman Road - only a month after beating them 2-0.

But they have only won once in the league since and Holland said the players are under no illusions as to what is required.

"It's a must win game," he said.

"Some of our recent performances have been fairly good, but it's no use us coming off the pitch after games saying that when we've got nothing from them.

"We have got to cut out the mistakes we've been making at the back because we are paying the price at the moment and we also need to start putting our chances away."

Holland is expected to start on the right side of a back three tomorrow.

Injuries to John McGreal and Chris Makin have forced Joe Royle into a re-shuffle in recent weeks and Ireland international has impressed in defence.
