Sir Teddy Taylor and David Amess have voted in favour of a Bill to restrict foxhunting.
Sir Teddy, MP for Rochford and Southend East and Mr Amess, MP for Southend West, voted for the Government's Hunting Bill, which proposes to outlaw staghunting and hare coursing and will allow hunting with hounds to continue under licence.
Sir Teddy said: "There are only four of us in the Conservative Party who voted for the new laws.
"When I was younger I thought foxhunting was a colourful part of British life.
"Now I think it's appalling."
