Rochford Hundred showed their true potential as they avenged an earlier defeat to West Norfolk in an exciting game.
An early try for the visitors was only a brief inconvenience for the Magnolia Road outfit as winger Jon Baker showed how well he is fitting in with a try.
Rochford's forwards were impressive as they dealt with their opponents, but couldn't prevent a second try for Norfolk.
But after the break the home side got on top as a visiting second row was sin-binned.
Andy Badger converted a spell of pressure into a try then kicked a penalty to give his team the lead.
Then Neil Cushing released Chris Knight for the try of the game, opening up a six-point lead as the game drew to a close.
With the outcome still in the balance, a Rochford counter-attack forced a scrum near the try-line, and in the resultant loose maul Matt Barber dived over for a converted try which sealed the game and moved Rochford above their opponents into sixth place following their fourth league win of the season.
