Do you know anyone who has gone beyond the call of duty for others?
If so, they may be eligible for the 2003 Rotary Vocational Award.
The honour is presented every year by the Rotary Club of Basildon to a citizen who has made an "outstanding contribution to the life of the community of Basildon by voluntary work over a number of years".
The winner will get a shield, framed certificate and £350 for the charity of his or her choice.
Nominees' details should be sent to Rotarian Les Cox, 156 Waldegrave, Basildon, SS16 5EL.
