Furious builder Alan Atkinson has let passers-by know exactly what he thinks about a thief who stole his tools.
Placards on a building site at Tye Common Road, Billericay, are giving a scathing message to "scumbags" who took the £1,200 equipment.
They read: "Would the scumbag that stole my tools like to call in and see me" and "Reward on scumbag who stole tools and mats".
