Two good Samaritans who helped an unconscious woman out of a club were allegedly attacked by a gang of thugs as they looked after the female clubber.
Basildon police are appealing for the woman to come forward as a witness to the alleged assault outside the Ikon nightclub on October 5 which has left both men unable to work.
PC Denise Jeakins, of Basildon police, would be grateful if the woman would come forward and provide a witness statement.
