Long, uncertain waits for buses are a thing of the past, thanks to hi-tech bus stops in Southend.
The new town centre stops have electronic monitors to tell passengers when the next bus is due.
The project forms part of the multi-million pound transformation of the A13.
Roger Weaver, Southend's executive councillor for planning and transportation, said: "It will be a welcome facility for bus passengers."
