Five Castle Point karate stars achieved big success when competing in the English International Karate Championships at Crystal Palace.
They were up against opposition not only from the United Kingdom but also France, Germany, Italy, Belgium and Latvia.

They are all members of SHARKS Romford USKF and are coached by John and Tony Anderson.
The girls kata team of Kimberley Hughes, Danielle Coleand April Dunlop won the coveted international team kata title.
Scott Dunlop, 16, earned silver in the cadet male 16-18 kata and his sister Stacey, 21, also finished second in the 19-21 years female junior event to round of a good day.
