Braintree's first indoor karting track is on target to open in less than a month.
Kozmic Karts, in Charter Way Industrial Park, next to Freeport, will open its 290 metre track to the public on March 1.

Robin Stone, majority owner of the business, said: "We are getting a lot of interest.
"It's going to be the longest track in north Essex."
Thousands of pounds have been spent on special computer software for recording lap times and organising the races.
Kozmic Karts will also be launching a grand prix style racing season at the track with teams competing in eight races throughout the year.
Other facilities will include a coffee shop, function room and a hospitality suite.
