It's a case of good and bad news for Great Wakering Rovers as they approach tomorrow's Ryman Division One North home clash with Barking and East Ham.

Striker Tommy Dalgarno is back after serving a suspension, but on the debit side skipper Danny Scopes drops out on a four-match ban after being sent off in the 5-0 thrashing at East Thurrock United two-and-a-half weeks ago.

The village side bounced back from that setback, but have had two goalless draws on the trot and must start scoring more goals if they are to improve on their current position. Their current tally of just 33 goals from 30 games is less than any of the 13 sides above them.

Tomorrow's visitors are eighth in the table and cannot be fully ruled out of the promotion battle as they currently stand ten points in arrears of second-placed Hornchurch but have played two matches less.
