Eastern Counties Two leaders Westcliff visit bottom club Old Edwardians with every intention of making it 14 wins out of 14 tomorrow.

"It is more or less a case of same again for this match," said Westcliff director of rugby Don Faulkner, whose club are six points clear.

Vice-captain Brian Watts makes a welcome return after an absence of many weeks through a knee injury.

"Brian has had a couple of games for the Lions XV and is ready to return," said Faulkner, who added it would be foolish to take the game for granted.

"Old Edwardians may be bottom of the league and having a torrid time, but they have nothing to lose and we will have to watch we do not get complacent, because it is easy to slip up."

More good news for Westcliff is that squad member Ian Curtin is back after injury and will be turning out at home for the Lions XV against Wanderers, the team decked by the First XV in the Essex President's Shield recently.

South Woodham Ferrers are at home to Old Brentwoods in the other local Eastern Counties Two South game.

In London One Southend, with Haywards Heath and Hertford close on their heels at the top, face a tricky away game at Sutton and Epsom.

Division Two North Thurrock, second from bottom, host a Shelford side just three places above them in the type of game they must win if they are to escape danger.

Basildon, rock bottom in North East Three, have a home encounter with third-placed Chingford.

And Rochford, third from bottom, will not find things easy against a Saffron Walden team lying second having already beaten their visitors at Magnolia Road earlier this season.
