Well-loved librarian Marion Styles said a tearful farewell to Canvey Library after three decades working there.

Staff arranged a surprise party for the 64-year-old.
Colleague Barbara Taylor said: "She's brilliant to work with. Members of the public have brought in cards, plants and flowers."
Mrs Styles, who has worked at the library in the High Street since she was 34, has retired reluctantly because Essex County Council policy means employees cannot work past the age of 65.
