Mum Joanna Jackson has been locked up for 15 months after she threatened to petrol bomb a Ssocial Services building in Rayleigh.
Jackson, 19, became enraged with officials because her baby daughter was taken into care.
Jackson, of Basildon, admitted at Basildon Crown Court to arson and making threats to burn and petrol bomb the social services building.
